STEAK & SHRIMP IN LOVE |

portion EMP shaved sirloin 125g
4 oz 26/30 P+D shrimp
2 oz sliced onions
2 oz sliced green pepper
1 oz 20/80 spread
1 clove garlic minced
1 oz pernod
2 oz whipping cream
3 oz cooked angel hair pasta

- Saute the shaved sirloin until brown on both
sides.
- Add the shrimp, onion and pepper, saute until
shrimp is just cooked.
- Add pernod and flambe.
- Add cream, stir to mix ingredients, simmer
until sauce is reduced by half.
- Melt 20/80. Toss in minced garlic and angel
hair pasta.
- Cook until pasta is reheated (1 minute).
- Arrange steak and shrimp over bed of pasta.
Pour over remained of sauce, and then garnish.
